Meet The Chef

Meet Tasha, a certified integrative nutritionist, and private chef. She has a passion for sustainability and partnering with farmers to provide her clients with creative and mindfully curated private dinners.  Before founding INTF, she attended Harvard Business School to study sustainable business practices. She saw the importance of combining wholesome nutrition with eco-friendly practices because they go hand-in-hand. She has worked with clientele ranging from celebrities to professional athletes and government officials. She absolutely loves what she does and enjoys seeing how better health and nutrition can transform lives. She values the fantastic connections she has made along the way and looks forward to working with you in the future.
